We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Sales and Collections Intern to join our excellent sales team. The intern will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales and Collections team.
Key Responsibilities
Work in pairs with Business Development Officers and Collections Officers to achieve goals.
Support and maintain an excellent work environment to achieve branch targets.
Deliver first-rate customer service.
Assist in accurate and timely reporting of Management Information and market feedback regarding customer preferences, trends, and market opportunities.
Assist in contacting debtors to receive payment and following up on defaulters to recover payments.
Carry out customer education and maintain positive customer relationships.
Generate high-quality sales leads.
Qualifications and Requirements
A good level of general education - Diploma or Degree level.
Solid computer literacy.
Educational background in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in a related field is an added advantage.
Prior experience in a financial institution is an added advantage.
