Kenyan Urban People Association (KUPA) is an association that caters for the welfare of the Kenyan people living in the urban and rural set-up. KUPA-KENYA is registered under the societies act and has been in existence for the last 15 years. KUPA-KENYA recognizes every member’s attachment to their beloved at the time they are bereaved.
Role Overview
KUPA-KENYA is seeking a self-driven and professional Sales Agent to join the team in the Westlands area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional service to members.
Qualifications
KCSE Certificate (C- and above)
Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-oriented and self-driven
High level of integrity and professionalism
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience & Other Requirements
Previous experience in sales or insurance will be an added advantage
Possessing a valid Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage
A competitive commission structure will be offered to successful candidates.
Successful candidates will be deployed within their areas of residence.
