Kenyan Urban People Association (KUPA) is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Agent to join its team in Roysambu. KUPA is an association that caters to the welfare of the Kenyan people living in urban and rural setups and has been in existence for over 15 years. This role involves promoting the association's welfare services to potential members and expanding its reach within the community.
Responsibilities
Promote KUPA welfare services to potential members.
Achieve set sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential members.
Represent the association professionally within the assigned residence area (Roysambu).
Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
Education: KCSE Certificate (grade C- and above).
Academic Qualification: Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Certifications: Possession of a valid Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or insurance is an added advantage.
