Kenyan Urban People Association (KUPA) is a welfare association that has been serving the Kenyan people for over 15 years, registered under the Societies Act. KUPA-KENYA focuses on providing support and welfare services to urban and rural populations, especially during times of bereavement. We are seeking self-driven and professional Sales Agents to join our team in Makadara.
Role Overview
The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting KUPA's welfare services and products to potential members. The role is target-oriented and involves operating within specific residential areas to grow the association's membership base.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential members to explain the benefits of joining KUPA.
Promote welfare and insurance-related products offered by the association.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as set by the management.
Provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing members.
Represent the organization with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
Report on sales progress and market feedback within the designated area.
Qualifications and Requirements
KCSE Certificate with a grade of C- and above.
Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales or insurance is highly desirable.
Possession of a valid Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) will be considered a significant advantage.
