We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Agent to join our team in Machakos. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients and delivering innovative tracking technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals.
Build and grow the client portfolio within the assigned region.
Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years’ proven experience in field sales, specifically within the tracking industry.
Experience from a vehicle tracking company is considered an added advantage.
Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
A well-groomed, presentable, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.
