We are seeking a Client Manager for Channel Sales to manage and grow relationships within business accounts in the Channel segment.
The role focuses on driving wallet share across all solutions, minimizing churn, and maximizing retention while identifying growth priorities. You will be responsible for client satisfaction throughout the buying lifecycle and taking ownership of commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Manage and grow relationships to drive wallet share across all solutions within business accounts in the Channel segment.
Retention and Growth: Minimize churn and maximize retention while uncovering growth priorities within the segment.
Commercial Ownership: Responsible for driving client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process by taking ownership of the commercial agreement for each client.
Solution Advisory: Engage clients to address opportunities and provide possible recommendations to business solutions that can be delivered by the organization.
Demand Generation: Assist clients to identify business technology enhancements in daily operations in line with their growth plan.
Industry Knowledge: Build relationships and display an understanding of the client vertical/industry, business environment, and strategy to identify current and future growth opportunities.
Vendor Collaboration: Influence and work closely with vendors to achieve desired positive results.
Sales Methodology: Use company's sales tools and methodology to effectively manage territory, accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast.
Communication: Develop open and effective channels of communication with all clients.
Client Advocacy: Become the reliable point of contact for clients required to establish a strong business relationship.
Performance & Compliance: Achieve performance targets and align with business governance and compliance policies to identify and manage risk exposure.
Financial Oversight: Monitor and control financial governance and compliance to manage financial costs.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a sales-related field.
Certifications: Relevant vendor certifications would be advantageous.
Sales Business Acumen: Skills supporting successful selling through organizational and outcome mindset, focusing on planning and leveraging tools/data.
Client Engagement: Ability to effectively manage and analyze the client throughout the client lifecycle to improve relationships and drive growth.
Solution Knowledge: Understanding of company offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends to act as an expert advisor.
Sales Pursuit: Skills and knowledge to create value by identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects and clients.
