Kenyan Urban People Association (KUPA) is an association that caters for the welfare of the Kenyan people living in the urban and rural set-up. KUPA-KENYA is registered under the societies act and has been in existence for the last 15 years. We are looking for motivated and self-driven Sales Agents to join our team in the Lang'ata region.
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to prospective members in the Lang'ata area.
Explain the benefits of KUPA membership and welfare packages to potential clients.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential members.
Report on sales progress and market feedback to the management team.
Promote KUPA's welfare services and building a member base within the assigned region.
Requirements
KCSE Certificate (C- and above).
Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented and self-driven.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales or insurance will be an added advantage.
Possessing a valid Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage.
