Sales Agent - Kisumu

Role Overview

The Sales Agent will be responsible for driving business growth within the Kisumu region by prospecting and pitching vehicle tracking solutions to a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, corporate entities, and individual vehicle owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals.
• Build and grow the client portfolio within the assigned region.
• Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years’ proven experience in field sales within the tracking industry.
• Experience from a vehicle tracking company is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• A well-groomed and presentable person who is enthusiastic and energetic.
