Kenyan Urban People Association (KUPA) is an association that caters for the welfare of the Kenyan people living in the urban and rural set-up. KUPA-KENYA is registered under the societies act and has been in existence for the last 15 years. We are seeking a self-driven Sales Agent to join our team in Kamukunji.
Role Overview
The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting the association's services and recruiting new members. The role is target-oriented and offers a competitive commission-based structure. Successful candidates will be deployed within their areas of residence.
Key Responsibilities
Promote KUPA-KENYA services to potential members in urban and rural setups.
Identify and recruit new members to join the association.
Meet and exceed set sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Ensure integrity and professionalism in all dealings on behalf of the association.
Qualifications and Requirements
KCSE Certificate with a minimum grade of C- and above.
Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales or insurance will be an added advantage.
Possessing a valid Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage.
