Kenyan Urban People Association (KUPA) is a welfare association registered under the Societies Act that has been supporting Kenyan urban and rural populations for 15 years. KUPA-KENYA focuses on providing members with support and welfare services, particularly during times of bereavement.
Role Overview
We are looking for motivated and target-driven individuals to join us as Sales Agents in Embakasi West. Successful candidates will be responsible for driving membership growth and representing the association's values within their assigned residential areas.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell KUPA welfare packages to potential members within the Embakasi West region.
Meet and exceed set sales targets to ensure organizational growth.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing members.
Identify and explore new business opportunities and market segments within the community.
Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all field interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: KCSE Certificate with a minimum grade of C-.
Professional Training: Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or the insurance industry is an added advantage.
Certification: A valid Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is considered an added advantage.
Location Requirement: Candidates must be residents of or very familiar with Embakasi West as deployment is based on area of residence.

Compensation
