Kenyan Urban People Association (KUPA) is an association that caters for the welfare of the Kenyan people living in the urban and rural set-up. KUPA-KENYA is registered under the societies act and has been in existence for the last 15 years. KUPA-KENYA recognizes every member’s attachment to their beloved at the time they are bereaved. We are seeking target-oriented and self-driven Sales Agents to join our team, specifically for the Embakasi South area. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients and marketing KUPA's welfare services within their area of residence.
Responsibilities
Identifying and approaching potential clients to market KUPA services.
Explaining the benefits of the association's welfare packages to prospects.
Meeting and exceeding set sales and recruitment targets.
Maintaining strong relationships with existing members to ensure retention.
Representing the company professionally within the assigned region.
Qualifications
KCSE Certificate (C- and above).
Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales or insurance will be an added advantage.
Possessing a valid Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage.

Remuneration
