Kenyan Urban People Association (KUPA) is a registered association under the Societies Act that has been in existence for 15 years. KUPA caters to the welfare of Kenyans living in urban and rural setups, primarily focusing on support during bereavement. We are seeking motivated Sales Agents to join our team in Embakasi North to promote our services and expand our membership base.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell KUPA welfare association services to prospective members.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
Deliver high-quality customer service and engage professionally with potential clients.
Represent the organization with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Execute sales activities and membership recruitment within the Embakasi North area.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: KCSE Certificate with a minimum grade of C- and above.
Training: Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or the insurance sector is an added advantage.
Certification: Possession of a valid Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Compensation
A competitive commission-based structure will be offered to successful candidates.
