Kenyan Urban People Association (KUPA-KENYA) is a welfare association that has been serving the Kenyan people in both urban and rural settings for 15 years. Registered under the Societies Act, KUPA-KENYA provides essential support and welfare services to members during times of bereavement. We are seeking energetic and self-driven Sales Agents for the Embakasi East area to help expand our membership and communicate the value of our welfare services.
Key Responsibilities
Actively market and sell KUPA-KENYA membership and welfare services within the assigned region.
Identify and engage potential members to explain the association's benefits.
Meet and exceed set sales targets to ensure organizational growth.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential members.
Operate with high levels of integrity and professionalism while representing the KUPA brand.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: KCSE Certificate with a minimum grade of C- and above.
Professional Training: Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or the insurance industry is considered an added advantage.
Certification: Possession of a valid Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage.
