Kenyan Urban People Association (KUPA) is an association that caters for the welfare of the Kenyan people living in the urban and rural set-up. KUPA-KENYA is registered under the societies act and has been in existence for the last 15 years. The association recognizes every member’s attachment to their beloved at the time they are bereaved and works towards providing support during these difficult times.
Qualifications
KCSE Certificate (C- and above).
Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented and self-driven.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Experience & Deployment
Previous experience in sales or insurance will be an added advantage.
Possessing a valid Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage.
A competitive commission structure will be offered to successful candidates.
Successful candidates will be deployed within their areas of residence (Embakasi Central).
