Job Purpose
The Sales Agent will be responsible for driving business growth within the Eldoret region by identifying potential clients and promoting the company's range of telematics and vehicle tracking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals.
Build and grow the client portfolio within the assigned region (Eldoret).
Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years’ proven experience in field sales within the tracking industry.
Experience working with a vehicle tracking company is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
A well-groomed and presentable person who is enthusiastic and energetic.
