Kenyan Urban People Association (KUPA) is a registered association that caters to the welfare of Kenyan people in both urban and rural settings. With over 15 years of service, KUPA-KENYA focuses on supporting members during times of bereavement. We are currently looking for motivated and target-driven Sales Agents to join our team in Dagoretti South.
Role Overview
The primary focus of this position is to promote and sell the association's welfare packages and insurance-related services. Successful candidates will be tasked with identifying prospective members, explaining the benefits of the association, and closing sales to meet organizational targets. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-driven and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and identify potential members within the Dagoretti South area.
Effectively communicate and explain the various welfare packages and services offered by KUPA.
Achieve and exceed set monthly sales and recruitment targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism as a representative of the association.
Conduct follow-ups with leads to ensure conversion.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must have a KCSE Certificate with a minimum grade of C- and above.
A Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales or the insurance industry is a significant advantage.
A valid Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in insurance is an added advantage.
Candidates should reside within or be familiar with the Dagoretti South area.
