Kenyan Urban People Association (KUPA) is looking for a dedicated Sales Agent for the Dagoretti North area. KUPA is an association that caters for the welfare of the Kenyan people living in the urban and rural set-up, specifically supporting members during bereavement. KUPA-KENYA is registered under the societies act and has been in existence for 15 years.
The role involves marketing KUPA’s welfare services and products to potential members within the specified region. This is a target-driven role suitable for self-motivated individuals looking to grow in the sales and insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell KUPA welfare packages and services to potential clients within the Dagoretti North area.
Identify and recruit new members to the association.
Maintain professional relationships with existing members and provide excellent customer service.
Meet and exceed set sales targets as per the association's requirements.
Represent KUPA professionally and with high integrity in the field.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: KCSE Certificate with a mean grade of C- and above.
Professional Qualification: Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or insurance is an added advantage.
Certification: Possession of a valid Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage.
Candidates must be willing to be deployed within their areas of residence (Dagoretti North).
