Sales Agent

Role Overview

The Sales Agent in Mombasa will be responsible for prospecting and pitching vehicle tracking solutions to a wide range of clients including SMEs, corporate entities, and individual vehicle owners. The successful candidate will build and grow a client portfolio within the assigned region while consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals.
• Build and grow client portfolio within the assigned Mombasa region.
• Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years’ proven experience in field sales within the tracking industry.
• Experience from a vehicle tracking company is considered an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
• Must be well-groomed, presentable, enthusiastic, and energetic.
