Job Description
Equity Afia is a network of medical entrepreneurs providing high-quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare to majority of Kenyans. They are seeking to hire a Resident Medical Officer/Clinic Lead to oversee clinical operations and lead the medical team at their Kiambu facility.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized university (MBChB or MBBS)
Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
At least one (1) year post-internship experience in either a public or private hospital
Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Knowledge of healthcare policies, documentation, and reporting procedures
Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems)
Desirable Skills
Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills
Interest in leading a medical team, managing staff, and overseeing clinical operations
