They are currently seeking a Resident Medical Officer/Clinic Lead for their facility.\n\nAs a Resident Medical Officer/Clinic Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care while overseeing the daily operations of the medical facility. This dual role involves direct patient management and administrative leadership, ensuring the clinic provides excellent service while maintaining operational and financial efficiency.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Provide comprehensive clinical care and manage patient treatment plans.\n- Lead the medical team and supervise clinical and administrative staff.\n- Oversee clinical operations to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and internal policies.\n- Manage clinic financials, including budgeting, cost management, and basic accounting tasks.\n- Ensure accurate medical documentation and reporting using Health Management Information Systems (HMIS).\n- Liaise with various stakeholders and ensure adherence to Kenyan healthcare laws and guidelines.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized university (MBChB or MBBS).\n- Registered and currently licensed by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).\n- At least one (1) year of post-internship experience in either a public or private hospital.\n- Possession of valid certificates in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).\n- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare policies, documentation, and reporting procedures.\n- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Health Management Information Systems.\n\n### Desirable Skills\n- Strong clinical decision-making and patient management abilities.\n- Interest and capability in leading medical teams and managing staff.\n- Project management and technical report writing skills.\n- Financial literacy including budgeting and cost control.\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online via the application portal: .
