Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Retention: Drive client attraction and build strong retention strategies.Performance Targets: Meet defined loan disbursement and collection targets.
Customer Service: Deliver high-quality customer service to all esteemed clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
At least 2 years work experience as a loan officer, collection officer, or relationship officer.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Good negotiation skills.
