VisionFund Kenya, formerly known as KADET Ltd, was established by World Vision Kenya in 2000 with the aim of institutionalizing professionalism in effective credit intermediation and economic empowerment through business support for remote communities. Over the years, VisionFund Kenya has steadily developed its dominant position in microfinance.
We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual for the position of Relationship Officer - Intern based in Kitale. This role involves managing client relationships and achieving lending targets, aligning with VisionFund’s mission to serve local communities.
Key Responsibilities
Grow and manage assigned customer portfolios.
Conduct credit appraisal and client recruitment activities.
Provide high-quality customer care at both the group and individual level.
Meet set loan disbursement and client acquisition targets.
Qualifications and Attributes

Required Qualifications:
Possession of a BA/BSc/HND qualification in a relevant field.
Required Attributes:
Must be a self-driven, proactive team player.
Demonstrated strong communication and sales skills.
Possesses a passion for working with communities.
Must be a practicing Christian aligned with VisionFund values.
