This internship position as a Relationship Officer at VisionFund Kenya is based in Nyahururu. VisionFund Kenya, formerly known as KADET Ltd, was founded by World Vision Kenya in 2000 with the aim of establishing a microfinance organization that would institutionalize professionalism in effective credit intermediation and economic empowerment through business support for remote communities.
Key Responsibilities
The intern will be tasked with critical duties aimed at expanding and managing the organization's microfinance outreach:
Grow and manage customer portfolios.
Conduct credit appraisal and client recruitment.
Provide customer care at group and individual level.
Meet set loan and client targets.
