This role is for a Relationship Officer Intern based in Kapsabet. VisionFund Kenya, formerly known as KADET Ltd, was founded by World Vision Kenya in 2000 with the aim of establishing a microfinance organization that institutionalizes professionalism in effective credit intermediation and economic empowerment through business support for remote communities. The intern will be expected to support the branch's objectives by managing and growing the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Growing and managing customer portfolios.
Conducting credit appraisal and client recruitment activities.
Providing customer care services at both group and individual levels.
Meeting set loan disbursement and client acquisition targets.

Qualification: Must hold a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Personal Drive: Must be a self-driven, proactive team player.
Skills: Possess strong communication and sales skills.
