Responsibilities and Duties

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients at county health facilities.
• Providing outpatient and inpatient clinical services.
• Performing minor surgical procedures and emergency medical care.
• Implementing community health programs and health education.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and health data reporting.
• Referring patients to appropriate specialists or facilities when necessary.
• Collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure high standards of patient care.

Requirements, Skills, and Qualifications

• Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery or Clinical Medicine and Community Health from a recognised institution.
• Certificate of Registration from the Clinical Officers Council.
• Valid professional practice license.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Technical Skills: Clinical diagnosis, Patient care, Medical documentation.
• Soft Skills: Communication, Interpersonal skills, Attention to detail.
