The Regional Sales Executive at CFAO Kenya is responsible for driving sales performance and brand growth for Agri Mechanization products, specifically the Case and Captain brands, within the Mombasa region. The successful candidate will achieve sales targets for units, implements, and spare parts through strategic dealer support, brand promotion, and direct customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance: Achieve set sales targets for Units, implements, and spare parts within the assigned territory.
Brand Development: Lead brand development and promotion efforts in the region, including the coordination of Sales and Marketing events for Case and Captain tractors.
Dealer Management: Support regional dealers and agents through product and sales training, promotional events, management of consignment units, and conducting joint customer visits.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain an active database of existing and potential customers to foster long-term loyalty and business growth.
Market Expansion: Conduct regular field visits to prospect for new clients and expand the market base for tractors and implements.
Sales Operations: Attend to showroom visitors and referrals, prepare accurate quotations, and track conversion rates to close sales effectively.
Financial Facilitation: Assist clients in securing financing by managing documentation and following up on finance applications with relevant institutions.
After-sales Support: Coordinate with the Aftersales Manager to execute spare parts sales strategies and resolve post-delivery issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Gather and share information on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to assist in reviewing divisional strategies.
Staff Training: Assist in training new staff and agents on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications and Experience
Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or Business.
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Sales within the Agriculture Machinery or Automotive industry.
