Simba Corporation is seeking a self-driven, adaptable, and highly motivated Regional Parts Sales Representative based in Nairobi. The successful candidate will leverage their strong knowledge of automotive parts and regional sales experience to drive sales, manage accounts, and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities & Scope
Drive regional automotive parts sales by identifying client requirements and matching them with compatible products.
Manage and grow field territories, establishing robust relationships with key clients and dealers.
Utilize ERP systems and Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) software for precise part identification, order entry, and processing.
Apply strong upselling and cross-selling techniques to optimize order sizes and revenue.
Address and resolve customer complaints, maintaining high client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, Automotive, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive Parts Sales, with at least 2 years specifically in regional or field sales.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of automotive parts, applications, and compatibility, plus proficiency in ERP & EPC digital tools.
Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; strong persuasion, negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
