Michael Page Africa is seeking a Regional CFO for East Africa to be based in Nairobi. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities of the organization, defining policies for efficient resource management, and ensuring the optimization of financial support functions to drive regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all financial activities of the organization across the region.
Define and implement policies for efficient financial resource management.
Ensure the structuring and optimization of financial support functions.
Develop sustainable financial processes supporting business growth.
Lead budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting cycles.
Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
Support senior leadership in defining and executing the financial strategy.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial management or leadership roles.
Strong proficiency in IT tools and financial systems.
Mandatory residency in Kenya.
Fluency in English is required.
A solid understanding of the heavy equipment and mobility sector is essential.
