Job Description

Jocham Hospital is a leading private medical service provider situated along the Mombasa/Malindi Road in Mombasa County. We are currently looking to recruit professional Receptionists to join our team and provide high-quality front-office services to our patients and visitors.

Role Overview

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at Jocham Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front-desk activities, and ensuring that patients receive timely assistance and information in a professional medical environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a relevant front-office or administrative field.
Education: Must be a holder of a minimum of a Diploma.
