Fair Acres Boutique Hotel is an elegant boutique hotel in Nairobi that blends the elegance of gracious living with the spirit of modern Africa. For nearly a decade, we have provided an intimate luxury experience, creating a 'home away from home' for our guests. We are currently seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team.
Role Overview
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Manage guest bookings, reservations, and inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Perform administrative and secretarial duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND degree.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT soft skills and relevant hotel management software.
