Job Description
Flexi Personnel Ltd is seeking to recruit a Quantitative Interviewer for a research project based in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting high-quality data collection using digital tools and adhering to strict research protocols.
Responsibilities
Attend all scheduled training and data collection sessions.
Obtain and document informed consent from study participants prior to conducting interviews.
Conduct and record interviews using digital recorders and electronic data capture devices.
Participate in daily debriefing meetings with the project team.
Act as a custodian of APHRC data collection equipment during fieldwork.
Strictly follow safeguarding procedures throughout the data engagement process.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Education: Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) certificate with a minimum grade of C (plain).
Technical Skills: Experience in electronic data capture methods such as SurveyCTO and proficiency in using electronic digital recorders.
Residency: Must be a resident of Nairobi County.
Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English and Swahili. Proficiency in a local language is an added advantage.
Availability: Must be available to work full-time for the entire duration of the project.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
