Quality, Methods & Reuse Lead - Africa

The Quality, Methods & Reuse Lead is a Senior Manager-level role responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enforcing KPMG T&I's delivery quality standards, methodology frameworks, and reuse discipline across all five capability blocks. This role ensures that KPMG T&I's delivery approach is consistently excellent - not dependent on individual talent variation - and that the intellectual assets developed through delivery experience are systematically codified and reused. The Quality and Methods Lead serves as the structural mechanism that prevents quality from degrading as delivery volumes grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and enforce KPMG T&I's delivery quality standards and methodology frameworks.
• Drive the reuse discipline across all five capability blocks to ensure intellectual assets are systematically codified.
• Ensure consistent excellence in the delivery approach, independent of individual talent variation.
• Manage the structural mechanisms required to prevent quality degradation during high delivery volumes.
• Oversee practice development and produce high-quality methodology documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Business, Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology consulting.
• At least 3 years specifically in a quality management, methodology, or practice development role.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing quality frameworks within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong technical writing capabilities with the ability to produce clear, structured methodology documentation.
• Preferred: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or equivalent quality management certification.
• Preferred: PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
