Responsibilities and Duties

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Utilize data management tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for tracking, data entry, and reporting on quality metrics.
Identify quality deviations and collaborate with the team to implement proactive solutions and improvements.
Maintain clear and effective communication regarding quality control status, findings, and timelines.
Manage time effectively to meet inspection schedules and project deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Must hold a Degree or Diploma in Food Science and Technology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with specific expertise in Excel and Google Sheets.
Knowledge: A solid understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Preference: Candidates residing in or originating from Lamu County are preferred.
