CDL Human Resource is seeking a Quality Control Intern to be based in Kwale. This position is designed for a proactive individual with a background in Food Science or Analytical Chemistry who is eager to gain practical experience in quality assurance and control. The successful candidate will support the team in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Assist in the inspection and testing of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Monitor production processes and document quality-related data.
Help maintain health and safety regulations within the workspace.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data entry and analysis.
Support the quality control team in identifying areas for process improvement.
Requirements
A Degree or Diploma in Food Science and Technology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
A basic understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, specifically Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
