The Property Sales Consultant at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd acts as a trusted guide for clients/investors, buyers, or sellers, navigating the complexities of the real estate market. This is a full-time, hybrid position that involves analyzing client needs and providing data-driven recommendations for residential and commercial property solutions.
Core Job Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Advisory: Analyze clients' financial abilities and needs to propose suitable residential or commercial property solutions.
Market Analysis & Research: Conduct research on property trends, pricing, and investment opportunities to provide data-driven recommendations.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Lead Generation & Sales: Drive property sales through targeted advertisements, networking, and following up on inquiries, managing the process from initial inquiry to closing.
Site Coordination & Viewings: Schedule and lead site visits, showcasing property features to prospective buyers.
Negotiation: Act on behalf of the company to negotiate property prices and terms to ensure the best possible deal.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all legal documentation is accurately completed in compliance with local property laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of general experience, with at least 1 year in Commercial Real Estate Consulting, Property Management, or general Real Estate.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MLS, or property management tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for negotiation, presentation, and relationship building.
Expertise: Deep understanding of local property laws, market trends, and financial requirements; ability to analyze financial data and property valuations.
Licensing: A real estate license is often preferred.
