About the Role
Stellar Human Resource Solutions is seeking experienced Property Managers to join their team in Nairobi. This role involves managing either commercial or residential properties, focusing on effective lease administration, maintaining excellent tenant relations, and ensuring full compliance with property laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial or residential properties to ensure they are kept to high standards.
Manage and administer lease agreements and foster positive relationships with tenants.
Ensure that all property operations adhere to relevant property laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
Maintain professional standards of integrity and accountability in all property-related dealings.
Use property management systems and Microsoft Office for accurate record-keeping, reporting, and documentation.
Identify and resolve property-related issues through effective problem-solving and organizational strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–4 years of practical experience in property management within commercial or residential sectors.
Strong knowledge of lease management processes and tenant relationship management.
A solid understanding of property laws and legal compliance requirements in Kenya.
Must be a registered member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
Salary
KSH 70,000 (NET)
