The County Government of Kakamega is seeking to recruit nine (9) Programme Officers to join the County Youth Service and Women Empowerment Programme. These officers will play a crucial role in coordinating field activities, monitoring performance, and supporting community-based initiatives to ensure the programme's objectives are met effectively.\n\n### Duties and Responsibilities\n- Work with field officers to guide service members in the performance of their duties.\n- Monitor and evaluate the performance of service members within the assigned jurisdiction.\n- Provide guidance and support to self-help groups in conducting their various activities.\n- Oversee the distribution and ensure the safety of working tools and other assigned resources.\n- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service members and equipment.\n- Execute any other duties as may be assigned by the Director.\n\n### Requirements for Appointment\n- Must possess a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade of C- (Minus) or an approved equivalent.\n- Must hold a Certificate in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Business Administration (KATC), Supply Chain Management, Records Management, or any other relevant field.\n- Proficiency in MS Office and general Computer Applications is required.\n- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates are invited to submit their applications to the address below or hand-deliver them to the Director, County Youth Service and Women Empowerment Programme office located at Bukhungu Stadium.
