Coordinating all phases of production, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities to ensure products are produced within the constraints of time, cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide essential support to Production Supervisors in organizing and executing activities related to production processes.
Communicate planning schedules effectively to supervisors overseeing both day and night shifts to ensure resource allocation and goal attainment without delays.
Upload new job order details into the access database for machine loading.
Submit requests for job materials and track issuance from the store using the SAP system.
Transfer completed jobs to the dispatch department and follow up on print jobs until dispatch.
Generate monthly reports on material consumption and conduct monthly stock take reports.
Perform monthly assessments of work-in-progress and inventory materials on the production floor.
Generate progress and pending status reports for active jobs.
Ensure materials required for planned jobs are readily available on the production floor.
Verify contractor invoices against completed work before scanning for Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
Organize the generation of LPOs and create Good Received Notes (GRNs) for outsourced jobs.
Follow up on material requisitions to ensure timely issuance via the ERP system.
Coordinate and acquire miscellaneous items necessary for production, maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Printing Technology from a recognized institution.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet production demands and deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective collaboration with team members and other stakeholders.
