Production Assistant

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Support event production, fabrication, and decor installation.
• Operate basic workshop tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in loading, transporting, lifting, and assembling production materials and event setups.
• Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver projects on time.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Carpentry, Woodwork, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related field is an added advantage.
• Experience in fabrication, carpentry, event production, or décor installation preferred.
• Ability to use basic workshop tools safely.
• Physically fit and able to lift and assemble production materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays when required.
