Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Governance Enablement

• Automation & Dashboards: Automate pricing compliance dashboards and daily pricing validations across loans, deposits, and fees.
• Revenue Assurance: Automate revenue assurance controls for loans, deposits, and fees to identify leakage and margin erosion.
• Governance Reporting: Automate inputs for governance and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop dashboards to support governance committee meetings, including monitoring preferentially priced customers and scheme loan tracking.
• Analytics: Develop and maintain product profitability dashboards and portfolio analytics.
• Audit & Compliance: Establish and maintain audit-ready documentation, controls, and validation logs. Develop pricing audit trails and data governance controls.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain quarterly competitor pricing benchmarks to inform pricing strategy.

Solutioning, Innovation & Digital Enablement

• Digital Hub: Develop a digital product knowledge hub for frontline teams.
• Lending Journeys: Design and develop digital lending journeys for key ecosystem customers.
• Automation: Automate customer-initiated digital loan origination and client journeys.
• Strategic Support: Support conceptualization, design, development, and roll-out of strategic solutions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND).
