Procurement and Logistics Officer & Intern

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stores Management: Responsible for managing stores and ensuring proper bookkeeping.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and oversee purchases, supplies, and delivery of items at the branch level.
• Systems Management: Update and analyze procurement client systems.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market surveys to determine the viability of various company products.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
• A minimum mean Grade of C and above in KCSE with at least a C in Mathematics.
• Prior experience in procurement and logistics is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, sales, and marketing skills.
• Excellent inventory and resource management skills.
