Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting investigation of teacher misconduct and disciplinary cases.
Coordinating disciplinary hearings and documentation processes.
Preparing case reports and disciplinary recommendations.
Maintaining records of disciplinary proceedings and outcomes.
Supporting implementation of disciplinary policies and regulations.
Liaising with relevant authorities on disciplinary matters.
Supporting compliance with professional conduct standards.
Monitoring resolution of disciplinary cases.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
Knowledge of disciplinary policies and teacher professional standards.
Experience in administrative or legal proceedings related to misconduct is preferred.
