Braeside Thika International School (BTH) is looking for an Assistant Headteacher to lead academic and pastoral progression from Creche to Year 6. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of School and established Senior Leadership Team across several whole-school priorities, including:
Strategic Direction and Development: Contributing to the long-term vision and planning of the school.
Leadership & Management: Providing guidance and oversight to the primary school faculty and staff.
Teaching and Learning: Ensuring high-quality educational delivery and academic progress from Creche to Year 6.
Safeguarding and Wellbeing: Prioritizing the safety and emotional health of all pupils.
Community Links: Strengthening relationships between the school and the wider community.
Requirements and Qualifications
BA/BSc/HND qualification in Education or a related field.
Relevant leadership experience in academic and pastoral roles within a primary school setting.

Curriculum Vitae (two pages maximum) with three (3) professional referees (one must be your current Headteacher and one other from another school you have worked in).
