RIANA Group is a leading technology solutions provider based in Nairobi, Kenya, specializing in innovative solutions designed to simplify, streamline, and strengthen businesses. We are seeking a Presales Executive to join our team.
The Presales Executive will work closely with the Sales team to ensure the successful closure of the sales process. This role involves managing technical proposals, bid processes, and maintaining a deep understanding of our product landscapes and competitor activities. The ideal candidate will be meticulous in documentation, skilled in client demonstrations, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Closure: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure the successful closure of the sales process and achieve set KPIs.
Proposal Management: Prepare accurate cost estimates and technical proposals tailored to meet specific client requirements.
Bid Process Management: Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFIs, RFPs, and formal tender submissions.
Technical Documentation: Carry out tender responses, expanding on functional and technical requirements within complex tender documents for potential clients.
Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends and the competitor landscape by researching and maintaining a thorough understanding of company products versus competitor strengths and weaknesses.
Lead Generation: Build relationships with customers and proactively seek new sales opportunities through market analysis and prospective client development.
Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase technological solutions.
Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Operations Coordination: Coordinate the end-to-end sales order cycle for Q-SYS products, including pricing and demos, with 100% accuracy.
Project Support: Organize sales team meetings, site surveys, and technical handovers; support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilots with necessary documentation and follow-ups.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
Technical Accuracy: Ability to prepare client quotations, proposals, and project documentation with zero errors.
Coordination Skills: Experience in coordinating end-to-end sales order cycles and technical handovers.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to liaise effectively with clients, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure deliverable targets are met.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Q-SYS products is highly desirable.
