Plumbing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings for precise installation execution.
• System Installation: Install hot and cold water supply, drainage, soil, waste, and vent systems.
• Fixture & Pump Setup: Install sanitary fixtures, pumps, tanks, filtration, and booster systems.
• Drainage Works: Execute underground drainage and specialized plumbing works.
• Specialized Systems: Install and manage irrigation systems, wet risers, sprinkler systems, jacuzzi, and pool piping.
• Testing & Commissioning: Conduct rigorous pressure testing, drainage testing, and system commissioning to ensure reliability and performance.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all works comply with British Standards, local building codes, and OSHA safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: Must possess a Red Seal Plumbing Certification.
• Education: Professional Certificate in a relevant technical field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of high-rise or commercial construction experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and integrated plumbing systems.
• Specializations: Experience with firefighting and specialized water systems is preferred.
• Exposure: International project experience is considered a significant advantage.
