The Kenya Institute of Mass Communication (KIMC) is seeking a qualified Plumber to join its technical department. Established in 1961, KIMC is a leading institution in media training and requires a dedicated professional to maintain its facility's plumbing systems.
Responsibilities
Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with water supply and drainage.
Performing routine inspections of infrastructure to prevent leaks and damage.
Ensuring all work complies with the necessary safety and building standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
Government Trade Test Certificate Grade III in Plumbing or a Certificate/Diploma in Plumbing.
Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a minimum grade of D- (minus).
