Platform Transformation Lead (MS / SN / SAP / Oracle)

Role Overview

The Platform Transformation Lead is an Associate Director-level role responsible for owning and driving KPMG's revenue from enterprise platform transformation mandates—specifically Microsoft (Azure, M365, Dynamics), ServiceNow, SAP, and Oracle—across African markets. This role bridges the commercial pursuit of large platform deals with hands-on delivery leadership, ensuring that KPMG's platform practice is commercially productive, technically credible, and alliance-aligned. The Platform Transformation Lead is a key revenue contributor and a critical anchor for KPMG's relationships with its four primary technology alliance partners.

Academic/Professional Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering.
• Certification on at least one primary alliance platform (Microsoft Azure/M365, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, SAP S/4HANA, or Oracle Cloud) required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise platform consulting, with at least 5 years at Director or equivalent level.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale platform transformation programmes (ERP, cloud, ITSM) for enterprise or government clients in Africa.
• Experience managing alliance partner relationships in a revenue-generating context.
• Proficiency in English; French is an advantage.
