An officer at this level will be deployed at the Agricultural Machinery Service, where they will be involved in the maintenance, minor servicing, and care of plant machinery and agricultural tractors.
Duties and Responsibilities
Minor servicing of plant machinery and farm tractors.
Care for and maintenance of tools of the trade.
Maintaining cleanliness of the workplace.
Performing any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements for Appointment
Be a Kenyan Citizen (Attach ID).
KCPE and KCSE Certificate with a mean grade D+ (Plus) (Attach certificates).
Have Plant Mechanics National Trade Test Certificate Grade III/ Apprentice Certificate awarded by the Directorate of Industrial Training or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
Relevant experience of two years and above (Attach evidence).
