Job Description
Morsan is a global powerhouse in HR consultancy, with a strong reputation built on excellent client relationships. They are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support executive operations. The role involves tailoring administrative solutions to ensure smooth daily operations, managing communications, and handling sensitive information with high discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
Communication: Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors on behalf of the executive. Draft, proofread, and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Logistics & Travel: Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Office Administration: Maintain accurate and well-organized physical and electronic filing systems. Manage office supplies and raise purchase requests when necessary.
Tracking & Follow-up: Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups arising from meetings. Coordinate communication between the executive and internal departments.
Financial Support: Prepare and reconcile expense claims and simple expense reports.
General Support: Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Support the preparation of documents for approvals and signatures. Assist with basic HR and administrative coordination and run official and personal errands as assigned.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email applications.
Core Competencies: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; strong verbal and written communication skills.
Personal Attributes: High level of confidentiality and integrity; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
