Job Purpose
To support the accurate financial administration and regulatory compliance of pension fund operations by assisting in accounting tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and policies. This role contributes to the integrity and efficiency of pension fund management through diligent documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding: Onboarding of new clients and sponsors within stipulated timelines and as per the company compliance requirements and ensuring timely delivery of policy documents and deed of adherence to the customers within TATs.
Contract Changes: Processing Endorsement change requests to Scheme contracts while adhering to set procedures and guidelines.
Data Management: Facilitate continuous data clean-up of clients’ personal information.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure customer data quality and compliance through validation and verification of customer data through lines of business during onboarding.
Transaction Integrity: Maintain and manage the integrity of all scheme transactions, documentary support, and maintenance of scheme fund statements.
Reconciliations: Carry out regular Pension account reconciliations of member and scheme balances.
Statements: Issuance of accurate member and scheme statements quarterly & annually.
Customer Service: Deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients.
CRM: Resolve CRM requests.
Other Duties: Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
At least two years’ experience in a similar position, 2 years relevant industry experience.
Knowledge of RBA (Retirement Benefits Authority) regulatory requirements and pension industry concepts.
